The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with its respective labels. If the order in question proves to be wrong, the User in question will be sent a new product or be refunded immediately. In the event you have to send the product to the warehouse, Skylines of the World will bear the shipping costs. We will provide you with a solution after checking the content. In the event you receive an order other than what you have purchased, you should contact within 48 hours of receiving the order and send us a clear image of all you have received with the respective reference numbers in the box and proof of payment and shipping. If the product in question proves to be defective, the User in question will be sent a new product or be refunded immediately. In the event of a defective product, you should contact within 48 hours of receiving the order and send us a clear image of the damage to both the product and the respective packaging, and we will then ascertain whether or not the product is really defective.
